Q: Why are Bagoda bags different?
A: Our thoughtfully engineered bags are able to hold everything you need to take you from the office to the gym, or for a weekend away whether that be city break or a juicy retreat. Our bags have a padded laptop pocket, a shoe compartment (whether that be trainers or heels), a water-resistant pocket, an internal water bottle holder and enough space for all your essentials.

Q: What size laptop does the compartment fit?
A: Both the Holdall and backpack will fit Apple MacBook 15inch or a laptop sized up to 33cm x 23cm.
Q: What is the opening size of the shoe compartment?
A: Backpack approx: 15cm height x 14cm width. Holdall approx: 13cm height x 20cm width.
Q: What size yoga mat does the Holdall hold?
A: The strap is adjustable and will fit a yoga mat with a diameter up to 11cm.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Q: Where are the bags shipped from?
A: The bags are shipped from the UK.
Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery within the UK is free for all orders £75 and over. For detailed costs, refer to our delivery page.
Q: How do you ship and how long does delivery take?
A: In most circumstances, we will ship using Royal Mail, for further details on timings see our delivery page.
Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: Yes, see our delivery page for more information. Please be aware, orders sent outside of the UK can incur duties and taxes due upon delivery. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
Q: What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
Please wait for the following days after dispatch email before contacting us
Four business days for UK orders.
Seven business days for European orders.
Ten business days for outside UK/European orders.
If your parcel has still not arrived check for a missed delivery slip and with any neighbours or safe places where the delivery may have been left. If the parcel is still not located contact us with your order details at email@example.com.
Q: Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
A: We aim to put our orders in the post next day, but if you can email us as soon as you can and we will do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
